Colour Theory Experiments// Tone
"The contrast of light and dark is formed by the juxtaposition of light and dark values. This could be a monochromatic composition."
To experiment with different tones I simply placed the objects on a background of a similar colour and worked with that scale. Different tones of each object will effect the way you view the object, making it stand out or shrink back into a more 'flattened' image.
I started with the yellow scale, it is interesting to note that the last yellow image shoes an object of very similar colour to the background making it almost indistinguishable from the background, while the first image is more clear.
