Yesterday I posted my plans for Eve's typeface. Today I have been working on some designs in Illustrator:
So far i am happy with the designs however the 'S' looks slightly out of place in my opinion, it looks too slim in comparison with the others at the moment. However perhaps with accurate kerning when the lettering is typed out the 'S' will fit into the other type much better.
I have tested several designs of each letter and usually there is a clear winner. But with the 'G' I am unsure which one to use in the final design. I currently think that the 'G' on the far left is the best because it follows a theme with the 'O' and 'C'.
